Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
- The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.

- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
How to Return an Item

- Our team will provide you with return instructions.
- Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to approval.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Just Tools, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The overspec design allows them to be comfortably worn over most prescription eyewear.
