Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility

- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
- The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.

How to Return an Item

- Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to approval.

- If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Just Tools, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Manufactured from 100% Meta-Aramid fabric, it offers permanent flame-resistant properties that will not wash out, while its lightweight, breathable construction ensures lasting comfort during extended wear.
Ideal for use in firefighting, welding, electrical, industrial and hazardous work environments, the DW-BALAS is compatible with SCBA masks, face shields and other protective equipment.
