Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
- The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Opened electrical products.
- Opened PPE or safety equipment.
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Email marketing@justtoolspinetown.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions.
- Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to approval.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Just Tools, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Description
The Dromex DV-12 Sporty Safety Spectacles combine lightweight comfort with dependable eye protection for demanding work environments. Featuring a durable anti-scratch polycarbonate mono-lens and frame, these spectacles are designed to help protect against flying debris, particles, and UV (ultraviolet) exposure, with selected lens options also providing sun glare protection.
Designed for compatibility with other PPE, including industrial hard hats, hearing protection, and respiratory masks, the sporty wraparound design, adjustable temples, and soft rubber nose pad provide a secure and comfortable fit for extended wear in the workplace.
