Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout South Africa, including major cities and most outlying areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our team before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
• Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Special-order or out-of-stock items may require additional lead time. Where applicable, an estimated delivery date will be communicated after your order has been confirmed.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• Selected promotions or qualifying bulk orders may be eligible for free delivery. Please contact us for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted provided that:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
• The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or special-order products.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Opened electrical products.
• Opened PPE or safety equipment.
• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Email marketing@justtoolspinetown.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
3. Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to approval.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Just Tools, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
